QoL = Qality of Life
QoL stands for quality of life. In the past for Lost Ark, examples of QoL updates have included social systems updates, customization updates, expanded settings for different in-game systems, improved menus and UI, small new features to existing systems, and more.

Gold/Silver/Players/Bots.
Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when the Bots Nation attacked.
Only the Toady, master of all four elements , could stop them. But when the world needed him most, he vanished.

Can you be more specific with customization update? The only improvement i saw is in the dyes interface where now its possible at least to preview the skins you own, even tho the dyes are not even temporarily saved.
The shop is still buggy with chests preview where weapon and armor boxes are often interchanged, you change armor skin and it actually changes weapon skin, furthermore there is no mix & match for a better preview, to not mention the nerias wardrobe where you get a preview of the armor you are wearing and not the skin currently applied on the character. Overall it’s not nearly as good as other games, and considering you are charging around 20 euros per skin if not more this interface should be upgraded.
- Only 4 more hairstyles have been released since lunch, and nothing else. Really hoping to see more. ( not a qol upgrade anyway)
- Skin storage is great, but i dont understand why sometimes when changing presets the skin go back to my inventory and not in the storage as it’s meant to be,
For the rest settings have been improved yes, but basic things like party leader always swapping randomly after istance has been left is still happening, when it should be a normal thing to keep the original leader.
I will be very honest, as much as there have been few qol updates, we regular players are noticing much more the quality of life downgrade because you can’t find a proper solution to fight the bots. And untill you are allowing RMTers to purchase freely gold in illegal ways, without any decent long term punishment, this is never gonna change because the game is pay to win:
- The 10 seconds waiting time between purchases on market or auction house, the decreased sell limit, the captcha, the temporary ilvl limit even to open boss rush chests… all these are small changes that so far have been proven to be inefficient for sure, are percieved way more by us players than the quality upgrades we recieved so far. Because they have a direct effect on our everyday gameplay, the situation is becoming pretty frustrating.
Hopefully the team will start to do better and really listen to players feedback because the whole community is not happy about the current state of the game. Can you please stop working on changes that none is asking for im guessing just to please your sponsors at this point? We just want the same version of the game that Korea has. This game is not for everyone and with your politically correct oriented choices you are loosing the only players that care for the game, once these will be gone, game will be left to die. Thanks, hope that you forward the message to the team and to recieve an answer about customization because im just curious as im really into it.
And as Celin above me already mentioned… OP just asked which are the next quality of life updates, even if his/her message could’ve been misunderstood, it’s not a troll. You took that as an attack when it’s not. I understand you are being overwhelmed with harsh critics from all the sides, but at this point you should really understand that the community is just not happy at all because of the choices your team is making. Maybe it’s time to start changing direction.

Maybe a few months of DC’s, a week of “no servers available”, eac, SLP, losing boss tickets, raid loot, and AGS blaming my ISP for their issues.
That’ll cause some sort of level of toxicity wouldn’t you think?
