if they started in march there is no other way than to buy something in game, let me know if it’s something else
It’s possible their accounts were trusted before they started Lost Ark. You don’t need to spend money on LA to get Steam trusted, just need to spend $5 through steam.
For ex, my second acc which has never made a purchase in LA also never had any issue with trusted as my account’s been trusted since NSFW games were first allowed on steam years ago.
that’s outdated, steam trusted status is kind of useless now, they are just telling you it’s the “solution”, trust me I have been through numerous chats with supports, it worked until few months ago, if you were trusted on steam you would get flagged in lost ark as trusted. But now you can see in support section 11 year old accounts with 100 purchases still not having trusted in lost ark because they changed how it works. If you didn’t play lost ark before that change, you can have 20 years old account with 10000$ spent on steam and you will not be trusted on steam.

Also steam accounts that are lets say 10 years old are considered “new” accounts in lost ark now, not to be confused with new steam accounts.
That wasn’t the case let’s say in august last year.
i will try to find some examples of accounts that are not trusted in lost ark but have history on steam:
they silently made that change for whatever reason

thats a regular thing , that people flag instantly if they dont like a post , cause there is no thumbs down button
i dont like when posts get removed, because others cant see what a bad person some is, whos harrassing people publicly
also it destroy the conversation , and people sometimes dont know why someone is writing things

i have over 3000 hours, and if the game is closing tomorrow , i would just go further and do someting else with my free/spare time

AGS desided to go that way , and what i can tell you from 1 year lost ark forums :
if a higher up manager desides to go a specific way, they almost never changed it or took it back
especially when money is involved
i never said i like what they , do , i always said , whats the facts , and that they are in the right
and thats your biggest problem you are jeleaous about something , you cant change , and is in legal terms ok to do

this forum is more something , that people get their anger under controll , and less for feedback in the end
cause people who could write their opinion, feels some satifaction , that they did something .
its less that this forum is a help and more something like deescalating emotional controll
its phycoligical positive , when someone thinks he could say something about his feelings /opinions, and less a positive way to make something better

i have 5k hours in Ark Survival , and there you can , while your offline , loose everything over night while get raided , what you ot over thousands of hours . sooo
seems i just dont get such emotional bindings to games and gear
they really removed my screenshot of amazon lead telling me on live support that you have to spend money in game to obtain trusted status. How hard are they trying to hide it lmao
that’s the answer I was looking for. Instead of lying and telling us nonsense they are not updating their account restriction support page and are misleading people that you can obtain trusted status for free. That’s it from me.

The fakt that u can play everything. and the only not benefit thing is without trusted u cant use AH. But u can play everything. Nothing is holding u up.
of course you can, I am 1445 without using market in like 1 month and I have hundreds of thousands of materials, I am just too lazy to farm gold, that’s not the point of this post what so ever

1 buyd the 1,1k RC pack thats on each server where u get 2,6k BC
but now comes
1 guy didnt buy anything but its not a new steam account and can use AH
so somehow there is a way to get trusted without buy. But i gues if its a new steam acc u need to buy.
The best part would be and i gues u would agree. Update the infos and we need a statement. ( Copium)

Your topic inspired me to consider to quit LA. After 30 days of having trusted status on steam, I cannot use AH or trade. And now I know that it will not change. I feel cheated! This is not free to play! I’ll not spend any many for such politics. It’s better to buy d4 - there everything is clear → buy and have fun.

this was exactly the purpose of this thread, I just want people that have this issue to know the truth.
@Qurczak contact amazon support with live chat, maybe if enough people tell them about this issue they will finally fix it. One can hope

People start to play LA and find out it’s a nice game. After some days they are addicted to it. After few weeks they realize that AH doesn’t work. They try to find an answer ‘why does it not work?’. They visit forums, read topics and contact support, and they get the answer "you have to wait 5 days, 30 days, 90 days, or pay 10$ and get trusted status after 72h. They don’t care about new players, they care only about the money. A don’t believe they will help anyone in this matter. This is their politics to get money from people.

I’m back here to tell you that yeah it took 3 days after spending on the game for my friend to be able to use AH. I do hope you get it too soon, 90 days is crazy.
it’s good experiment for me, why I would buy now if I wasn’t for 72 days, I am curios to see how long it will take
