you wouldn’t need generally the auction house and market at first when you are playing the main story line and with the login and event rewards that’s what sustained us the first levels but when u reach 1445+ it gets impossible to go further without these functionalities.

well the good thing is your will be trusted when (and if) you come back.
I agree new players should not have to wait months to access the in game market place. They have been coming down hard on bots (and it has made a difference), I just wish it didn’t have to come at some of the players expense. What can you do it’s a double edge sword. It just means slower progression until then.
Not going to tell you to spend money on a free to play game, but as you long as you understand why the system was put into place. And it gives an extra incentive if you see a skin (or a mount) for your character that you like.

Whoever is in charge, they just don’t care. I’ve been reading these topics on Steam for several months now. It’s impossible to play after certain point without AH.
I have not previously seen a claimed 90 days limit. Maybe it’s correct. It’s absurd because many of the bots are trusted. Do they pay or do they use stolen accounts or how, I don’t know. But by now they mostly have to be trusted.

that’s the most important part, every single bot pays 10$ for royal crystals to get trusted, this is where they get $$$, they don’t care about new player who wants to play the game for free.
Took me some time to realize this, but that has to be what’s going on because I don’t see other explanation.

So I got an idea from moderator to write this in feedback section so I did, I know I won’t make any difference but I won’t stop battling with this issue as long as I think it’s worth playing the game.

I did wish I had a few more answers to choose from (for example, instead of progression is too fast or progression is too slow, an option “sometimes too fast, sometimes too slow” should be offered.
But the rest was good.
All those people being like “just pay 10 euros to this awfull scammer company and move on” srsly need to get some self respect Even if it was 10 cent i still wouldn’t pay it, the game is either free to play, or not free to play, i won’t give money to prove i’m not a bot, even more so when there’s bot all around the game, and even more so² when the compagny asking for the money is so fcking bad at his/her/theyr (i’m not sure wich one to use there so i’ll just use them all) job

agreed, I was just live chatting with amazon support and they told me the only thing to get trusted is to spend money in game 
I hope this scam gets exposed. I know vast majority of the players are trusted and don’t care but this is just ridiculous now.

Don’t worry, we care, it’s just not much we can do.
They’ll fix it soon. That won’t repair the dmg you suffered, but it will prevent further dmg in the future

I am afraid it’s already too late for this game to get influx of new players and it will just die with time. That’s why I am trying to raise awareness about this. I don’t want to invest more time in the game when I see with my own eyes how they treat their players. I am disgusted.
Imagine being told: “do that and wait 30 days and your problem will be solved”. So I did that, and after 30 days I get response: “well actually it’s not 30 days anymore it’s 90 days now, we changed it for no reason.” So I am patiently waiting, then on day 70 I get told: “well, actually it’s not 90 days anymore, you have to spend money now”. Absolutely pathetic.
If they told me on day 1 that I have to spend 10$ in game I would say okay no problem. But what me and other players like me (well 90% of them quit when they find about this scam) are experiencing is actually mindblowing.
So latest info: if you are new steam user you are forced to spend money in game to get trusted status in lost ark

Summary:
Few months ago we were told that we only have to be steam trusted and have mobile guard 2FA enabled and we will get trusted status in lost ark within 30 days.
They later changed it so we have to wait 90 days instead of 30 to get trusted status in lost ark (I posted a screenshot when I got this response last month).
Latest information is that we are forced to pay for royal crystals to get trusted status (information from live chat amazon support on March 30.)
Lost Ark mods in support section are useless, giving us false information and automatic useless responses.
I don’t want to invest my time in the game that doesn’t care about players, they are profiting off of bots because every bot pays 10$ to get trusted so they can do RMT.
The game is advertised as free to play but in reality it’s just trial version of the game until you spend 10$.
The main problem: new players should directly be told to spend 10$ to get trusted status, instead of that easy solution we are getting links to useless and false information about how to get trusted status. When new players are told the game is free and then they realize they have to spend the money they quit.

yes, when you spend money for anything in game you should get trusted within 72 hours, however there are several cases where people didn’t get trusted status after that for weeks, even months.
I see you bought mokoko starter pack, that should be enough for you to get trusted. “Should” is the key word.

also what is the issue with: paying 5 bucks for a f2p game , to get extra “features” ?
you want to trade, buy something for 5$
yes there are “some” who have issues to get it after purchasing
but it is not the majority
i know 2 “new mokokos” they got it in less than 24 hours after buying aura once
you can play that game as long as you want without paying anything… but you want the market place , you have to pay , easy as that
