Its very unfortunate this issue drove these new players out of the game. I read them before and I can tell they really liked the game. But as I said before, they focused too much on 1 issue of the game, forgot why they like it and made a mountain out of a mole hill. Game has a lot of issues even for us veterans and alot stick through it. And IMO if they cant get over this issue, they aint gonna last, and this is from someone who really love the game lol
And look at it this way, that $10 is not a fee, you can get an extra slot, a skin, exchange to BS/gold or whatever you want on it from the shop on top of that, you get trusted.
But if buying $10 still wont solve your issue then, fuk I dont know what to say lol
You mean many people are addicted or locked behind sunken cost fallacy? Many of these âveteransâ who âstick through itâ have invested thousands of hours and or $ into the game and ofc wonât drop it over a few issues. Like I said above, this is a bigger problem for new players because they donât have the attachment to the game that older players do and any âlittle issueâ is enough to push them away.
Letâs not ignore the fact that as a new player in this version of the game, youâre playing an MMO 100% solo until end game with the only players around being bots⌠After you reach end-game, you face discrimination and rejection just trying to clear mandatory group content you canât progress without. The experience is already terrible and gets worse when you canât use core services and interactions without paying money to continue playing an already bad experience.

I would just like for them to be more direct and less âyou donât have to payâ when in reality you do. I feel like only bots and people who spent a lot of money will stay playing the game, I just donât see the world where new players would have any interest in playing the game 
Progress is pretty difficult in both games i mentioned without sownding the money , i can see youre just really mad though and cant think logically

This isnt the first time its been done in a game and it wont be the last , a solution was given to you and wveryone else with the issue , you simply not wanting to take part in the solution is a you problem. Its been like a 8 months a year now? Trusted status for market. That tells you its not going anywhere this is called acceptance. Either do it or dont play its actually very simple

This is part of the problem weâre referring to because new players have no investment in the game the the new player experience is not pleasant, which results in them choosing to not playâŚ
And the harsh truth is , it doesnt matter if you quit over it they wont change it they like the system for some reason , and the $1k i spend next week on the game will make up for 100 people quitting , thats the truth

These new players that were pushed away because of this âlittle issueâ will never survive the things you mentioned once they reach endgame, which is indeed horrendous for a new player. I am not dismissing their grievances, I know their experience will be painful. As I said, this is the only solution for now and I am making the $10 pill easier to swallow.
This has became a matter of principle now and regretfully things like this will be unresolvable. This game is clearly P2W.
The things I mentioned are prior to then exacerbated at endgame⌠The game and community are not new player friendly and AGS has taken it upon themselves to make it worse regardless of the reasons why. Itâs quite unfortunate.

After spending 180h on this game and reaching 1460 ilvl , i have to quit it sadly because of this stupid trusted status system for me Iâve been waiting for 1 week for the activation and Iâm getting super frustrated so i can only imagine what you are going through my friend, itâs really disappointing it was a fun game honestly.

I feel you⌠shame that no one cares about this issue, they found the best way to repel new players because the system was supposed to âcombat the botsâ. But instead of getting rid of bots and getting new players it was the exact opposite.

10$ may be nothing for him
but if he wants to be f2p completely this solution does not fly for him
