I just hit tier 3 with my sorcerer, and I’m about to take part in the express event. What unlocks, and what do I need to be accepted into parties?

if you are below 1370 then anything will do ( for example one level 3 engraving that you can easily get from just your books is good enough), but once you hit 1370+ then you need to have 3x3 minimum otherwise you will struggle to find a party for argos/yoho/abyss dungeons and once you are 1415+ then you can move onto 3x4 build and you should have no problem finding parties.

start doing dailies and weeklies to resources and gold, start getting accessories with correct stats and try for good engravings. join a guild can be any guild. you just need to start getting the guild currency so you can buy ticket boxes for boss rush tickets.
If you have alot of time over after dailies and weeklies start getting another character up. will be easier with changes that has come + stronghold research.
should stay the same for few weeks untill you get 1370 where you wanna start buying p3 busses for gold, resources and legendary accessories.
push to 1370 when to hit 1370 join oreha dg’s little likes " free bus no bid ", then craft your weapon after u crafted your weapon buy argos bus end of the bus buy bonus pack it is cost 500 gold with these argos bloods u can craft 3 pieces. Repeat same next week and your sorceress will be ready for anything

Step 11. Make alts so you can hone up to 1460
