Idk what to call all those saying that you should quit the game or git guud bc “being over 40 is no excuse to have worse reflexes” aside from selfish af people.
It’s not like you’re asking to have all raids nerfed, you just want a real easy mode (bc no, normal mode isn’t that easy, you can die many ways and it’s perfectly possible to spend 5 hours+ to clear a single gate if you don’t know the fight or have bad players in your party), so yeah, it’s so disheartening to see what the community has become.
I do hope they hear your suggestions op, bc currently endgame content is completely geared towards hardcore raiders, and I say it as one, though I don’t think it’s fair at all and it drives people away.

So you want a fight in which you can’t die, and you can complete it even without knowing the fight or the mechanics regardless of how the whole team performs in an MMO. Got it. I’m 36 and I can hang just fine.
Good for you. Also, why are you being so dramatic and exaggerating things? But let’s say that yes, I do want a very easy and chill raid, what about it? Would you die bc of it? Would it affect you in any way since you clearly wouldn’t apply to clear this mode ever? Just let people be happy and have fun, dude.

The counterpoints to these threads always go to the extreme that no one is asking for. “Can’t ever die”, “kill boss button.” “infinite healing,” etc. etc. I’m convinced players just don’t want players in the game they like. It’s wild.
I’m convinced that Loa lost the biggest part of the good community it had in the first months after launch.

one thing happens, it triggers another thing
for example those with 1 finger can now clear the raid and reach higher. imagine dealing with another fiasco of nerf this nerf that I cleared easy mode and normal is not normal enough.
You’re also naïve to think they will be satisfied with easy braindead raid with less reward
next in line will be make easymode give same reward as hardmode or nerf hardmore cuz it aint fair

With enough practice any legion raid can be on farm cause you become a better player at the end of each week

Yes, you’re right, what would happen: we’d get a lot of content for not only a % of players. Which probably would get us new players as well, something Loa is lacking a lot.
Creating easy raids isn’t going to magically make harder modes a walk in the park, you should stop being such an extremist.

one does not have to always make open statement to say something, AGS and SG is saying no to braindead mode.

I have to agree with him, the game is built around raids, you don’t have to take it as a job, I didn’t do that and I do all raids with ease. If you take that out of the game most players won’t enjoy the game as they should. Just learn from the game and you will do well.
the style of the game is this, that’s why it keeps so many players, the difficulty and then the pleasure of being able to make the sets and items with your own effort.
M8, who is saying they’ll take raids off the game? They want either an easy version of a raid (where you’d have to actively apply to clear) or other ways of farming sets.
think of it this way, majority of people in LA are craving new content and enjoying raids as is.
if SG needs time to make braindead mode for all existing content for the minority: no more new content update for next 5 years since we have limited resource while we make the easy ones. talk about not affecting others then
I agree with this. There are many different games that appeal to OP. Raiding is what makes Lost Ark what it is.
Tbh OP can even just do normal mode, the easier mode, and slowly get the relic materials. Clown G3 too hard? Just do Clown G1 and G2.

I don’t know how a CFO of 121 companies even considers playing a Korean MMO, or why is he even wasting his valuable time in the forums really. While I am skeptical of your claim of being such, I will play along.
The most efficient way, in any cooperative game of any genre, is to dedicate some time, maybe 20-40 minutes, and find people to play with. Pugging is the worse way to experience any type of cooperative game and the way you throw away most of your time.
While I might not be a CFO, I am a regional director in an insurance company, and I’ve been playing games since high school (I am 32). From the very beginning, you learn the paragraph I wrote before., and you apply it because time is not money, since you can’t buy more of it.
The difference in time investment in this game is extremely vast, from a pug to a non-pug experience, and it also lets you plan out your days in your schedule. Let me write out an example:
Clown raid took my static group 2 days of 4 hours (done on Saturday and Sunday) to clear all 3 gates. After the initial clear, we raid clown each Wednesday and it takes us 30-60 minutes to clear. We also do clown with 2 other alts, which takes us a bit more, so add 2 more hours per week.
Clown is by far the longest it has taken us and still takes us to clear per character. However, the advantage of joining a consistent group of people is that it drastically reduces any time commitment and, as a person with a job and tight time, it lets me schedule the rest of my stuff. Let me remind you that I do NOT know these people prior. I simply looked and spammed for a bit for static and they invited me.
Playing Lost Ark is extremely grindy when you add chaos dungeons and guardian raids. Perhaps my main gripe with the gameplay. However, Legion raids are quick and relatively easy when you just go one single more step, get out of pugging, and joining a consistent group.

Lol seeing how slow they’re about creating content, i can see your reasoning, but at the same time they already have the raids done and ready to go, just take off some mechs and create a “easy mode” in the raid tab, shouldn’t be that difficult to them.

Most people will also complain about brelshaza, the last gates are insane and there is almost no reward, they just need to understand that. just do what you can.
