Just finished talking with support about the celebration pack and they solved all my questions.

Quick and easy to understand:

  1. If you didn’t receive the celebration pack, you should receive it in the next pach, they working on fixing it.

  2. If you got it OUT of the mail in EU West by mistake, like i did, thinking it was the rewards for loging in EUW, then you lost it. It can be dragged out of the mail ONCE per steam account. If you didn’t take it out of the mail you should be able to get it in EUC already.

For me, this is bullshit, unbeliavable that this problems can happen and have no fix. Region lock for account is old and bad management. Whatever, at least the game still fun. I’ll keep playing looking at how everyone in the server but me has that faster and awesome mount.
