On the friendly Nia rapport quest

The step “Help the tired Matriarch - Ask the healer Nagi”

When you check Nagi’s Sweet Pharmacy, she isn’t there and the map of Nia Village has no quest indicator, now stuck on Nia rapport and can’t go up any higher until this bugged quest is fixed

Your Nagi NPC is most likely somewhere else due to you having an active quest in progress for Nagi. Maybe you have the rapport quest that requires whistle at Tideshelf Path? Look in your quest log then you can just abandon Nagi’s quest and finish Leadership 101.
