During Nineveh’s rapport quest “The Letter” you are asked to travel to Rohendel and meet up at the Sunkeep.
Here you enter a separate instance in the Queen’s Chamber where you can find all the notable figures. Except one model doesn’t fit the name, Zinnervale:
