With my group we did the first gate of Kakul the night of the maintenance, on the 28th. We succeeded and started to try the G2 but didn’t finish it (only did the first x20HP). A new maintenance poped up during this time, we got disconnected inside the raid while not finishing the gate, and then couldn’t get back the access. We waited more than 72hours to get back a ticket but never received it. Will we receive it before the reset ? Can you do something for that ?
The entry was lost because of the server disconnection, not a personal crash. (Rethramis serv, EUW)

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

I can understand @Kelisea-Neysha that you are concerned about the entry but there is no means to request for the entry to be issued manually from our end.
For your information, all the comments and responses are looked upon by our team and they will surely do the needful from their end. But it is not possible to issue a entry manually or taking a request for it.
My team is in the same boat (as are others). Hopefully Support/Roxx understand that our issue is different than the other issues people are posting about.
We are not “concerned about the entry”, we are relying on the system to work.
Our group got disconnected because of the maintenance and we lost our clown entry. And clearly the system is failing, since we are not getting refunded whatsoever.
I was also affected with the entry lost but with the long black screen instead of the server maintenance, been almost 48 hours so far and no sign of getting my ticket back. Pretty frustrating when I was planning to clear it on weekends.
A lot of people received their ticket, myself included.
