EXPESS MISSION- They stated-"This new event will allow players to select one of their characters at combat level 50 that’s under item level 1000 to do “Express Missions”. So like the rest of ppls and their bad wording should not manage to get this event with T3 chars but we did. So we was stuck with it. impossbile to change it back. So i did all mission like the rest of ppls. T1/2 mats are char. bound not Account bound so everything what i gained was sold to npc for some silver.All progress was pushed back week bc of that.
But now they release some bs update-“last day” stating that they let the change of one character in event. but we already did the mission, mats are gone. so whats the point of that for us now with no compensation of their mess? The change of character should be implemented at first, not the last day when we done everything
Guardian event- should have ended today, but now they extended. So week of mats are wasted, gone- bc whats the point doing event if its ending and all mats are bought already.
Idk who is incharge of this mess but they doing poor job communicating with players.
P.s Not all players sitting everyday in forum w8 for some information about situation, and getting that in “last days”. No information or notification IN GAME or STEAM update at all.

Some games i’ve played before, like Guild Wars 2, would give you only the patch notes on the exact moment patch is released
There isnt too many games that would give you patch notes too long in advance I think.
For League of Legends, they typically release patch notes on their website on Tuesday lunch time, and you would have the patch drop on Wednesday usually. So that’s still in line with what Lost Ark is doing.
Honestly don’t know what you want by “communication”. Do you want them to send you a meeting minute everytime they discuss something or what?
What if they planned something a week in advance for a patch, but some stuff happened and they can’t put it in this patch? If they told you beforehand and then said “sorry, can’t deliver today”, people will be mad too.
Thus, it’s better for them to just do the patch notes once the patch is fully ready, and considering they need to wait for Smilegate for the codes (probably), they can’t tell you stuff in advance.
For this event, sure.

If everything was roster bound, it would completely unbalance progression within the game.

All this was literally communicated yesterday. If you’re too lazy to check one of the largest sources for in-game information, that’s on you.
That’s odd, I thought that it was pretty obvious that one wouldn’t use the Express on their T3. That’s just stupid.
How does extending the guardian event made you waste mats, what?

They told u they investigate for a solution. You decided to use it anywayz and get the rewards on a wrong character, in hope, that when they fix it, you will be able to get it again on the right character, hence you tried to get DOUBLE the event reward, exploiting the system.
