Hello, i am a bronze founder in server Neria, I enabled my crystalline aura as I got into the game, 3 days after the free to play launch happened and for many players on my server the crystalline aura and product inventory stopped working for 7 whole days, then you gave out to everyone 3 days of free aura to compensate the delayed launch but our aura didn’t work till 17th of February, are you planning not to address this officially and not give us back our aura time that was wasted which was really 1/4 of its duration?
I saw you are giving away to everyone the launch celebration gift and that’s great thanks but i don’t think I am requesting something extreme, just to give people the lost aura they paid for.
