I have no founders pack items available, I can not claim them (and I have not claimed them before)

I’m sorry to hear you can’t find your founders pack.
Please consider that If you got it from Steam, the Founder’s Pack will automatically be added to your account when you log in. If purchased from Amazon, we will email you a key.
To find your Founder’s Pack in-game, you must head to the Lost Ark Shop, which you can find on the main menu in the bottom right-hand corner—look for a button labeled Store. Click this to open up the shop.
A new menu will appear, and whatever Founder’s Pack you purchased will be there. Next, you need to click the Claim button or Claim Selected and then click Claim Item on the new screen. If done successfully, a Product received prompt will appear, and click the OK button.
Next, go back to the main game screen, click the Character button in the bottom right, and then click on Inventory. Your Founder’s Chest will be there. Right-click it and click Open.
All the bonuses and benefits that came with your Founder’s Pack will be delivered to your accounts Inventory screen. Then right-click on all of the items, and follow the same process to open them all.
In case you already did this and your founders pack is still missing, please contact support for more help.
