Amazon not releasing the honing rates EVERY OTHER REGION HAS is beyond unacceptable.
The only reason they dont is because they are too busy harpooning whales. There is no legitimate design reason for us to not have them. Im going back to Russian servers, NA is a total scam. Its pretty bad when the Korean version is less gatcha than the western one. I suggest everyone else vote with there wallet.

Amazon has no say whatsoever in what to and what not to put in the game, its the Korean company Smilegate that decides that.
