No longer allowed to trade

My steam account is certainly trusted, as I own 166 games on steam and my account is 10+ years old. I have one vac ban on my account from 7.6 years ago but we were told that vac banned players would not be affected by the new restrictions. Can someone shed some light on why I am no longer able to trade after today’s patch?

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same problem and find myself in the same situation. A ban on CS more than two years ago and impossible to trade in the game since the update. Despite the developer’s statement, it seems that a pb is present! Any additional information regarding this situation? Thanks in advance.
