Just completed Ghost Ship 1415 on my 1415 bard. At the death of the boss I got a message that I cannot claim loot “…because you cannot receive loot or you need to contribute more”. I did all the damage I am capable of as a bard, why am I not getting loot?
Still locked me for the week even though I got no loot.

Sorry to hear about the loot you weren’t able to claim after finishing the ghost ship.
Unfortunately as you mentioned, if the game displayed that message it means your character wasn’t eligible for those reasons. As such, the only option available would be to try again next week. I also need to add that a re-entry ticket in order to complete the ghost ship again is not a possibility at this time.

If you do not kill and/or do enough damage to the mobs before the boss spawns, you don’t get anything. Why it is the way it is, is beyond me. Always party up as a support for group content like that.
