Lost ark is allowing me to add funds to steam account to buy royal crystals but when I authorize transaction it says “purchase failed” in game. Anyone else have this problem? (It’s been 2 days and no I have not reached the limit)
You need to open a support ticket with Steam, and they need to verify your information.
