Theres no patch notes yet, because the patch is expected to be released on the 21st or unlikely, the 28th.
I think OP just doesn’t grasp the concept of a patch that does nothing for the user to see. No content, no bug fixes, nothing like that. Just backend changes that shouldn’t rly impact anything on user side since they are groundwork for future updates.
And to be fair, it is weird. Patches usually do affect users in some way.

And I have to remind you this is AGS and their lopang slave forum, so don’t expect a proper patch notes with :
It is short and sweet unlike FFXIV who had to stream hours, reading through the thick patch notes
Don’t you know? Back end changes are another word for ‘the update isn’t ready and breaks stuff’.
Sure, they could be adding extra columns and tables to the backend databases as well as new integration api’s, but that doesn’t mean much to us and could be done during patch night.
Yes, I’ve done large database patching for vendors before.

I think OP is pointing out they we actually dont get patch notes even for big updates we get summaries. Thats why things like the rapport changes were first brought up by a user or when they changed the date for when the event ended and were not stated in any official communication until pointed out by users. Better examples of patch notes are FFXIV or even the KR version of the game.
