No Powder of Mystery Dismantling Ability Stones

Hi,

When an ability stone is dismantled, I am not receiving Powder of Mystery. I only receive Useful Equipment Piece etc,

I thought Powder of Mystery was just a low drop chance until I Googled it, and it seems unintended.

I have lost about a dozen (12) stone worth of Powder… can this be rectified please?

Not working for me either. Only getting regular powders.
