Hi, I’ve just finished Punika main quest line and the Berver’s Friend quest with proceeding chain. The game mentions on the character selection screen we will get 2 Vern powerpasses (already did get that) and Punika powerpass after completing Punika, but I didn’t get anything. This is my only T3 character. I didn’t get it through the mail. Please help

Unfortunately at the moment there are no active Punika Powerpass events active, as the most recent one expired on the 18th of January.

Keep an eye out for any future progression events that may be included in upcoming monthly updates.

@Fanduh Sorry, I’m new player, I don’t know anything about past events. The login screen states clearly that after clearing Punika one should get 1 powerpass per account which I did not get and require help on that. It doesn’t state it is or was part of any event.
they probably just forgot to remove that from that screen, me and my friends have only ever got the free punika passes when they added them with some monthly patches, never got any extra one
Well, if that’s true then it it would be very disappointing. I started this game like 2 weeks ago maybe and this would be such a negative experience right at the front. I got Vern passes and was sure there will be another one after Punika as stated in-game.
The event ended 1 week ago.
Still disappointing and misleading if the text is still saying you get one
yeah same, i reached that point of the game thinking i would get a Punika powerpass like i did for North Vern and since there’s a message on Characters Select screen. That’s really disappointing, they should just remove the message at this point… @Fanduh
@Fanduh, can you please explain why the in-game infromation contains false, misleading and not true statements?
@Fanduh So this powerpass is removed ? I was also reading the same Ingame message that nedbee was refering to last night, and hurried through it today, and no Powerpass ?!
This should 100% be removed for the default message. OR Provide one for the first playthrough as it seems to be intended ?!

I received updates from the team. In this case, this is a known issue and the team is working on the solution. Currently, the only two powerpasses that can be obtained outside of any extra event are the two Vern passes per account. I hope this information helps.
