No re-entry ticket from abyssal dungeon after getting no reward?

I got disconnected from the game and I’m in abyssal dungeon that time, Oreha’s well, preveza to be specific, and the patch does not say that we can get our refund for re-entry and currently I got received nothing, the same issue in my paladin [ancient elveria]

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you were disconnected from the Abyssal dungeon.

I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected in the middle of a dungeon and losing the rewards. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, due to this we are not able to give you the rewards. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is any update about this matter I’ll be letting you know.

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

tldr, they cant help you. it happened to me and many others. they will just use standard excuse cause they cant do anything about it. like literally, they just simply don’t want and cannot do anything about it except copy/paste the same answer/link. good luck… and yes its bad.
