Approximately 3 hours ago I had a game crash in gate two of Vykas (normal) and they killed her while I was loading back in unfortunately.
I loaded back in to them waiting for me at the end before you progress to the next gate so I’m not sure if the game saw me as finishing that gate for the week and didn’t issue me a reentry ticket as I haven’t gotten one. Any insight/anybody else have this happen to them?

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Vykas Gate 2, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I’m hoping it wasn’t on my end because it happened in gate 2 on three different characters today where my game just closed itself randomly! Fortunately the other two were not successful attempts before I got back online lol
I verified my files and did another Vykas after that and there was no random game close, so I fixed one of those things at least. Would be a real bummer if I missed out on that gold for the week!
