I guarantee you we’re not getting any responses or any work is being done to fix EU Central matchmaking issues because it’s a Sunday and they’re all american.

This is what happens when you outsource publishing. They people publishing it aren’t as invested in your success as you are. They’ll take days off in during your launch week.
