Because AGS is not a trillion dollar company lol it has a nice budget of only 500million that has to be used on both new world and LA operations.

I’m starting to get legitimately concerned for Brel release and everything coming with it. At this point I pray the update gets delayed instead of applying it with the ongoing issues.
I can already see the forum outrage when DC’s start happening in the new raid/guardian. Like most people have said, how is this not an absolute prio 1 and something a company like Amazon see as a potential business-killer? Surely it affects sales and advertisement? 1 month, there’s just no excuse.
Been playing since early access, but becoming more and more lack-luster.
Nope, not me. I stopped to take a break during all this madness. Logged on again today to see how the issue is and got dc while doing a boss rush. I won’t be playing again until the issue is fixed, will log on every now and then to see how it goes though.
whilst i understand that it may not be a “quick fix”, theres still the lack of communication towards the playerbase. Having once said “were looking into it and will update when we can” is just not enough, make a proper post stating about it and what your plans/timescale will be.
this isnt a small issue and its causing a ton of people to have their time/items/lockouts wasted.
showing that the team overall cares about a pheon fix, but this can just be brushed aside until “its ready” with almost no communication is very telling about what AGS really care about.
You guys should have a look into other studios (like coffee stain studios) and see how they communicate with their playerbase, or closer to home, look at the RU and KR teams and how they put across info to the playerbase.
im also aware that the team very much knows about the issues and putting the same info across to the team repeatedly doesnt help or speed things up, but once again, the communication to the playerbase SUCKS and needs just as much improvement as the servers do.

They know this level of performance/delivery/resolution is unacceptable.
They know properly managed companies would be better on communication / SLAs / etc.
So knowing they know this … you can naturally conclude that they just don’t care.
People keep spending. People keep playing. Until those numbers fall off a cliff they won’t take it seriously.
All they have to do is figure out what level of detail they’re willing to communicate, and then deliver it consistently to the CMs to provide to us. The fact that they can’t even do this much is just F tier “this has to be a joke” / “laughing cause the alternative is crying” amateur shit.

Can’t wait to lose my rested guardians and chaos once the update hits. Already lost some rested ones today…
at this point it only looks like that whoever is behind fixing this doesnt want to fix it for some reason it seems something else is happening behind the scenes
I honestly don’t think that AGS don’t want to fix the issues it’s probably more because they don’t want to fund sufficient ressources into it, but rather put it into the upcoming patch. AND AGS/SG still obviously sell enough in the cash shop, or they would have found a fix already.
However from a customer’s perspective it’s highly dissatisfying…

Unless they’re losing massive amounts of money by giving away free stuff “inadvertently”, they don’t really care about the state of the game atm. The only way they will listen to players is if everyone stops playing and makes them see who really has the power in this. But we all know that’s not gonna happen.

Both if you want lol. I stopped paying them after they started lying about petty stuff and shit. Will never spend a dime on this game, unless the publisher is changed.
What more do they need to tell you? They are working on it. There is no need to be so desperate. Its just a game. It will get fixed when it gets fixed. Some of you worry about this little stuff entirely too much.

I literally just logged in , i did 2 unas and my game instantly crashed. NICE WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP. It will be fun next week doing 6 gates brel.
