I’ve noticed that several other people have had this issue where they’ve completed the quest for the first time and did not get any skill points. The quest I complete was “Those Buried in the Dark Ground” (Feiton). I only noticed because I had wanted to upgrade a skill but my skill points had not changed after the quest.
