No skill points are earned after completing skill point branches

Currently has 339 skill points.
After I did two missions that gave me three skill points, I noticed that my skill points did not increase
One is the purple exclamation mark that goes four days in a row after the end of Feiton’s drama
One was Rohendal’s seven-day mission to restore the seal

If you’ve used a powerpass - some of skill points potions were added automatically. Press Alt+D and check

This role does not use PowerPass
It was my first role
I have 339 skill points before completing these two missions. It didn’t increase after I finished the task.
Because I turned on K immediately after I finished

But did you used a powerpass on any other character? Or maybe you did that quest already on another character? Once you got a potion - it automatically applied to all your characters, not only to one of them.

Check ingame codex, it should be marked this way if you got it

53 * 5 + 69 = 334
No skill potion was obtained 27
No upgrade skill points were gained 5*7=35
339+27+35=401

Role 2 LV50 Skill321
50 * 5 + 69 = 319
321+27+5*10=398

By default you have a total of 252 points at level 50. Every next level up gives 6 skill points
