Got disconnected during last gate of Vykas, as the game shows, I didn’t get the rewards (last gate is not checked). I read other support requests about this topic and I get that I might not get the ticket since the dc is coming from my internet connection and not the server.
My question is how come the game is aware I didn’t clear gate 3 but still doesn’t give me a ticket ?
Would the ticket give me access to gate 1 & 2 again ? Am I considered a ragequitter and punished for it ?
Would love some explanations on how the reason why.

In this case I would like to clarify a few things about how this process works, the first thing is that we have a system that handles this cases and only allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. The ticket is not provided immediately, delivery could take up to a day. Now, when the system counts the ticket usage it doesn’t take into consideration if you finish the activity or not, the usage will count once you’re in. If it’s the case that you are eligible for a re-entry ticket it will let you restart the activity you were doing from the beginning. I can’t guarantee that you will be receiving one, but please keep in mind what I said at the beginning on which cases the re-entry applies.
