For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

Current situation is, the gate 2 and 3 shows still available for me to join a group (in the lobby). However when we actually want to start the raid, system prevent me to enter. It seems my account is hanging in the middle, so it is not like completely locked.
