No ticket from disconnect

I disconnected 4 times in gates 1 and 2 of valtan, played a total of maybe 3 minutes. My team waited for me to come back to clear g1. G2 I disconnected when they cleared, no rewards, no ticket, the image shows g2 open yet i cannot enter in find party or matchmaking.

Separate from the obvious rant I could make here about the weeks of disconnects, can I just get my ticket please?

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Valtan run and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re-entry tickets.

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
