No updates on escalation ticket

Can someone from support help or DM me?

I was told by a ban appeal agent that they created a escalation ticket for reviewing my ban (I have the reference number). It has been almost two weeks and there doesn’t seem to any new or updates on it. At this point I completely don’t know what’s happening and whether my issue is ever going to be resolved.

I’m sorry to hear about this issue with your ban, unfortunately here in the forums we are unable to see any information regarding bans, as this is something that only the appeal team can do, so we can’t discuss bans or any information regarding them, but I recommend opening another appeal requesting an update.
