Was in Valtan HM Gate 2 last night and maintenance happened unexpectedly and it counted as my weekly entry, no re-entry ticket was given. If not re-entry is given its going to put me behind in getting relic gear considerably.

Regarding your concern I’m really sorry you’re having this issue with the entry, for this situation we need to wait 24 hours in order to receive the entry back in case the disconnection was generated by a verified server issue.

Its been over 24 hours since it happened and nothing still 
Soon reset is going to happen and its going to put me far behind not being able to have run hardmode P2 for a week.
I never received a re-entry ticket still, the disconnected was 100% due to the maintenance, it counted down and then disconnected. Especially when you are in the middle of Valtan, and on ghost phase of course we are going to attempt to clear it before maintenance starts.
