No VPN server authentication failed 10010

Hola, primera vez que me pasa esto llevo como 2 h intentando entrar he echo todo lo que decíais y sinceramente no va, tengo 7 alters y no veo solución salvo dejar el juego sobre todo viendo que tiene como un año este post y no se a solucionado.

NA-E, central time zone. tried all the fixes and same situation. Tried hotspotting off my phone too, no luck. No VPN, using Google Fiber.

Same here…cant log in. Disabled IPV6 , validating game files right now. I was playing a few hours ago. This is bad because my guild is starting our runs , well, basically now

Is the game broken, guys? Or is it just me??? After today’s patch, i can’t even get past the loading logo, and when i manage to do so, it crashes right after the character selection… It keeps crashing all day for me today…

I was playing this afternoon just fine. But now I keep getting this error while trying to load the game.

I played last night and hadn’t opened the game, or even Steam, until I got off work today and I’m currently having the same Server Authentication issue as others. The game updated ~50 minutes ago, automatically, when I first opened Steam today and I’ve not been able to reach the server select screen.

same here, did a file check thru steam and still nothing…

Also, some of you guys need to chill…

so I tried everything in the troubleshoot post related to [10010 error], restarted the model, repaired the anti-cheat, verify files, restart steam, restarted the PC… buy a new PC, build the new PC, installed everything in the new PC and still have the same 10010 error :confused:

Maybe I just need to buy a new monitors as well that is only thing I’m keeping from my old PC :smiley:

Mine only says ā€œgame580ā€ in the drop down menu…

For this issue; Can you please confirm if you already made this troubleshooting related with the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within Lost Ark:

  1. Open Lost Ark in your Steam Library.
  2. Right click on Lost Ark’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
  3. Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
  4. Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
  5. Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup Lost Ark or Current Game is the selected game.
  6. Press Repair Service.
  7. After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:"

A temporary fix I was able to find was changing the beta participation settings in steam to ā€œSteam Beta Updateā€

I’m able to log in for now, but hopefully they figure out what caused the issue…

background info: Was able to play this morning, but after work there was an update. Since then I’ve had this issue.
