Hello, so i have been playing this game for almost 300 hours, mostly without vpn(in some point in time i may have forgotten to turn it off). For the past 2 days i encounter the 10010 error(while not using vpn) and im out of ideas what to do. Checked integrity files(even reinstalled the game), flushed the dns, turned off ipv6, link/unlinked amazon/twitch/steam account, nothing. I have tried to contact amazon support and they just linked me the post on forums that stated that vpn was blocked.

I’m sorry you’re having issues launching Lost Ark’s in-game features.
I really appreciate you’re communicating to us about this issue and also I want thank you for sharing the troubleshooting you have done so far.
For this issue; Can you please confirm if you already made this troubleshooting related with the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within Lost Ark:
- Open Lost Ark in your Steam Library.
- Right click on Lost Ark’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
- Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
- Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
- Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup Lost Ark or Current Game is the selected game.
- Press Repair Service.
- After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
- Restart your Computer.
Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persists.

I have same issue man with 11 alt nothing work for me not even factory reset PC with all updated or Mobil hotspot or lan,wifi
I have the same case as the person posting this, can confirm that what you linked doesnt work, what the other moderators of the forum suggest with varify steam files, IPV6, amazon and twitch account linking and relinking, all of the above dont work, we need some clarity about people like us that cant play the game since the VPN update that dont use a VPN to begin with. Thank you for the suggestion tho.

Same issue here for 3 days straight. Tried every troubleshoot out on the internet but no luck.I have never used VPN also.
Just tried the things you suggested, sadly it didnt help
I’m having the same issue. I don’t and never have used a VPN for Lost Ark and since the block, I’ve not been able to log into the game using my normal home internet.
I also tried all of the previous recommended fixes and reached out to my ISP several times this weekend to confirm they’re not using a VPN tunnel. I tried your recommendation now but it didn’t work. I continue to get error 10010.

Same issue here, from my office network now I am not able to play. I have no issues from home.
Hola, primera vez que me pasa esto llevo como 2 h intentando entrar he echo todo lo que decíais y sinceramente no va, tengo 7 alters y no veo solución salvo dejar el juego sobre todo viendo que tiene como un año este post y no se a solucionado.

NA-E, central time zone. tried all the fixes and same situation. Tried hotspotting off my phone too, no luck. No VPN, using Google Fiber.
Just coming to play but… amazon surprice us again. well done amazon games! Allways you find the way to fuck everyone

Same here…cant log in. Disabled IPV6 , validating game files right now. I was playing a few hours ago. This is bad because my guild is starting our runs , well, basically now
Is the game broken, guys? Or is it just me??? After today’s patch, i can’t even get past the loading logo, and when i manage to do so, it crashes right after the character selection… It keeps crashing all day for me today…
