No VPN - still error 10010


I am not using VPN, but I still got an error 10010. I’ve tried to restart my PC, linked and unlinked steam with amazon accout, steam file verification, non of that helped.

Is there anything I can do or the game is blocked for me?

I’m sorry to know you’re getting a network error while trying to play the game.

Here’s some troubleshooting we can try.

Go to Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Network Reset (at the bottom). Then restart your PC.

Click the Start button.
Click All Programs > Accessories.
Select Command Prompt.
In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
Press Enter.
You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.

From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
Select Network and Internet.
In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
Select Properties.
Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6, Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

If possible, try changing your network from a wireless to a wired connection, or vice-verse.

Verify the integrity of your game files.

I did everything that you’ve suggested:

Network Reset, I’ve turned off IPv6

I flushed the dns

And check integrity of game files:

Unfortunately, it did not helped.

Is there anything else I can do?
