Recently did a PUG hmvykas and disconnected during gate two. She had like 10 bars left so the group finished it and when I reconnected we weren’t able to proceed (the game thought I didn’t complete the gate?) so I had to leave the group. Not that big of a deal for me since it’d be easy for me to find another PUG but I haven’t been able to enter the gate since. Its been a day and still no ticket.

So from my understanding, since my internet had briefly gone out and the raid was completed in 5 minutes I wasn’t in it I wont be able to do this raid at all this week?
