Noble Banquet Skin false advertisement in regards of being dyeable

When hovering over the Noble Banquet Skin chest you can purchase for 840 Blue Crystals in the Shop it clearly states “You can talk to Skin Modding NPCs to dye the skins.” But when purchasing the skin and opening it, the outfit pieces say “Cannot be dyed”.

Now I found out you can dye the Banquet Skin you get from the Super Premium Ark Pass.
I am sitting on a non dyeable Noble Banquet Skin for my main now. Which i would have loved to dye. It’s also bound so if I were to upgrade to the Super Premium Pass getting the Skin again on my main just to be able to dye it seems just super disheartening…

Super disappointed as i was really looking forward to these skins…

Hopefully it’s just a bug and they’ll patch it later, cuz it literally says these skins are dyeable in the description written on the chest…

This existed for the sorc red dress skin, they said it wasnt a bug and never changed it. Its not changing.

Red sorc red dress skin doesn’t have a description that says its dyeable, so you have no reason to think it is. In this case it’s different, it’s time limited with a description that says so, they either have to patch it and make it dyeable like the identical one in the pass or give those who bought it a new one that’s dyeable

Or they could just update the description and call it a day.

Nope, they can’t its too late now. Hundreds bought it

I only bought it because it said it could be dyed on box, I feel cheated and now its bound to my main, when I want dyeable on my main not non dyeable

Most likely. Cosmetics putchased with blue crystala have all been untradeable and undyeable. Obviously intentional.

They did screw up with the description though technically, it does not say it is actually dyeable.

This is the first time limited dyeable skin that releases in our version, so you can’t give a generic statement like “Cosmetics purchased with blue crystala have all been untradeable and undyeable” (even tho it’s false). That skin is dyeable in every version of the game…
It’ll be patched I believe

And you fail to mention that it was only available to be purchased by people who bought Super Premium pack ($45 in KR, less than $30 here) and reached Pass level 30, with limit of 3 per Roster with RC only?

Name on cosmetics that released here purchaseable with Blue crystal that has been dyeable. Because I sure as hell cannot dye my GS Alar bought with blue crystal, same with the red Sorc one that someone else mentioned.

yay
Lets buy more!

The only bug is they forgot to edit the box. This is obviously an intentional act by AGS.

The costume was released as dyeable in KR.

The costume is original (dyeable) in the ark pass.

AGS (not smilegate in this instance) decided for whatever reason to modify the skin to an alternate version aka not able to be dyed, and release as a purchase.

The only mistake was they didn’t edit the box to reflect their intentional removal of the dye feature from the blue crystal skin. You really think this will be acknowledged, much less do you think AGS will own up to this and just revert the change they purposefully made? Very doubtful.

I assume this was done so alts can still get the costume, but it won’t be as good as the ark pass version, in an attempt to keep some value for people to see in the ark pass.

The weird thing is all CM have been quiet about it for this long even tho threads are all over the forums…

Have there been any threads in german? Those seem to get responses.

Actually the Alar skin is dyeable, which you can get with blue crystals.
I didnt get Omen so idk about that one

Edit: my deathblade and glaivier Alar sets were both dyeable And dyed.
If your GS* wasn’t I’d say that was a bug

Are you sure it was the ine bought with blue crystals, not RC? Not sure what the hell is wrong with mine then.

Yeah I just did it last night for my Glaivier. Bought blue crystals then bought the Alar chest + banquet wep chest.
Custom dyed the Alar with event dyes

The chest dont say “cant be dyed” because chests never have that option.

If you buy a potion you will complain it isnt dyeable?

you were saying?

Without a doubt it say can be dyed.
Buy it, open it, find out it can’t be dyed.
Cut and clear problem
