I wanted to ask in regards to the Noble Celebration skin, that according to the Super Premium Ark Pass was supposed to be an additional unlock once the whole pass has been completed:
The weird thing is - after completing the pass I can’t even preview the pass content anymore, since the whole window is overshadowed by the “Ark Pass Lv 30 Reached” notification and only thing I can open is the “View All Rewards”.
Unfortunately I could not find the above mentioned Celebration skin anywhere in the shop (after reaching max pass lvl) nor any new button/option in the pass itself.
Is this a bug or?
I mainly got the Super Premium pass since I was interested in checking out this “Celebration” skin (which implied something else besides the Noble Banquet skin set), so now it feels misleading to say the very least.
Same problem here. I’m pretty frustrated at this point, I had questions about how the purchasing of additional skins from the pass worked three weeks ago and never got those answered. Today I finally maxed out the Ark Pass, only to be rewarded with more confusion.
I’m fairly sure the “Ark Pass: Noble Banquet Celebration Skin” isn’t a new skin altogether (haven’t seen any screenshots to suggest any new hidden skins) but I was led to believe that it was an additional set of roster-bound Noble Banquet skin that could be purchased. Other posts around the forum seemed to suggest that.
So what now? I’d love to get some answers too, but I’m worried that we won’t be getting any official responses… Was anyone else able to get an extra set of the skin from the pass, as the fine print suggested we would, or is the character-bound cash shop ones the only actual additional purchase option?

Thank you for a reply… Integrity verification didn’t find anything amiss so I contacted live chat as suggested; they put in a ticket but unfortunately they seem to have completely misunderstood my question, so that was a little awkward.
Is there any way that someone can just confirm what is meant by “If you reach Ark Level 30 after purchasing Super Premium, you can additionally purchase Ark Pass: Noble Banquet Celebration Skin” as stated in the product details for the Ark Pass?
What is the experience supposed to be here? Knowing how things are supposed to work would clear up a lot of confusion. I don’t want to be difficult or anything but its very hard to get direct answers about this for some reason.
I think it’s just weird communication or odd mistranslations. There should be nothing extra other than the Noble Banquet set you slowly unlock as you level up the pass. I think they just meant you get the full set by the end; I believe the weapon is unlocked at level 30.
I still can’t believe that there are only a couple of forum posts regarding this… and ZERO explanation from Amazon. I’ve been holding off buying the Super Pass until information with regards to just what the “Celebration” Skin is, just how it differs from the regular Noble skin, and just how much it is to purchase (and with what!) considering you blow 3000 crystals on the Super pass in the first place!
Yeah I’m honestly surprised more people aren’t livid about this. The way they worded that was wonky enough to be understood a few different ways, and the reality of what we do get (ie nothing additional) matches none of them. If anything I’m just going to be less likely to buy into future passes and I mostly regret buying this one. Its disappointing they still aren’t willing to clarify, not enough people complaining about it I guess.
