I have purchased the noble skin chest with my main, now i want to claim the item with an alt but i can’t select the item from the list. It must be a bug since no other item has this behavior and no there is no warning about this. Is there something that can be done? Thanks.

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. My advice to you would be to leave the armor set in your unclaimed inventory. They may determine that the claiming limitation is not working as intended and fix it to allow you to claim on other characters. If you claim the item they will do nothing to help you move it.

Hello I have a question I do not want to open a topic for it you can get the skin for a character only 2 times Ark Pass and once in the store can you increase the purchase limit in the store from 1 to 2 ? because I would like to have all 3 versions or will you get another chance to buy it at another time ?
