Ummmm have you read the TOS especially when they changed the rules of VPN on them? They sound like rules and all rules should be assumed to be applied fairly am I right?

Somnus is right in the case of TOS even if he is being a little mean about it. TOS is just a a way “to make sure” they cant be TAKEN to court or getting attacked by people playing their game finding “loopholes”.
That means: In every game these days you are agreeing to a “terms of service” before entering a game. You get that message in the WoW server screen, in LA in FF etc… When you press the button “agree” you automatically are fine with said “rules”. If you do things in or outside the game which clearly violate the terms of service, they can ban you…or NOT. And exactly thats the point here. They CAN enforce their rules or choose not to. So for example you are botting on multiple accs which is against terms of service but still playing the game on daily basis for one year. Can they ban you? Ofc the can. But they didnt up until now.
So its more like “playing with fire”. That looks unfair on paper but by agreeing to the terms of service let them do that at any moment. There is no rule book which is superior to their rule book, since you agreed to their rulebook before booting your first character up.

“Do things in or outside that violates TOS” sounds like with that wording violating TOS involves violating rules under the justification of it being on TOS which is my point exactly. That for them to ever even ban one person for breaking to TOS in order for it to be taken seriously and actually be a rule system they could use it would have to be enforced fairly and equal cause if not then said justification of it being TOS is a joke

Ye, you are right thats not fair. Absolutly. But you see it every day, people playing bot accs and getting banned for 1 week or not at all. Is this a joke? Yes, it is. I mean you see the rampant, everyday rmt going in game which is clearly against TOS.
But the kicker is, noone gives a shit up there. If they would, they would have done it a long time ago. They only get the most stupid rmtrs who are not so smart going around forums asking if this is bannable.
But while you are right in that case you are wrong on the one regarding korean streamers accessing western servers. But i explained that to you back then in your first thread.

I didn’t know AGS is a sovereign country and I didn’t know someone claiming someone else is using a straw man argument would say something like “cannot comprehend” or refuse to provide an argument. Also, I didn’t know that a business like “AGS” and its TOS doesn’t have to abide by US commercial law and adhere to the standard that the US Govt has when giving them a permit to operate. Also, I didn’t know a TOS gives AGS the right to break contract laws, and unilaterally decide to impose & enforce guidelines/rules/restrictions/limitations/etc. without considering all parties’ rights and disregarding standards or having the right to discriminate. I never heard of a TOS giving companies the power to make inequitable conditions. A real formal/legal contract that asks a person to kill themselves, even if they sign it, isn’t a valid contract; so, I don’t understand how much power can a TOS have to violate basic laws. Dang, I didn’t know AGS is “literally” above the law, ethics, common sense, and business standards. Can you please enlighten me on how that person is “straw man”-ing you?
Btw I don’t really care about the issue…I randomly came across this thread and found it interesting (i quit this game months ago). Non-NA streamer is allowed unless their country have an embargo or deem the product as contraband or they ban VPNs such as Russia & China there isn’t a conflict. However, the restriction that is imposed on players that use VPNs (which they did in the first few months of launch) due to “security” reasons should technically still apply to everyone, and isn’t really equitable to have a double standard. I not going to into the technicality of internet domain/region/national security etc. but the person you’re saying is using a straw man argument is yourself regardless of whether your conclusion is correct or not your reason or should I say lack of reason doesn’t make you right.
