there is no reason at all to even answer here to you as an official. ToS says whats going on, and speacial contracts with streamers dont have to be public announced or discussed
they can make a statement without giving any crazy exact specifics. why would he’s whitelisted be something they couldn’t make a statement on. you act like im asking for personal specifics of said contract more along the lines of a statement of if said contract does exist in order to show how someone who’s outside of supported regions has access to game in some broad light without divulging any personal business specifics such as like pay or stream time whatever it maybe. something maybe they should answer so the community doesn’t go around assuming zeals is allowed to break TOS by means of VPN if he is since everything is a assumption at this point.

Your best bet is to have your friend try various VPNs and find one that works. Once they do dont tell anyone and just play. Knowing they could one day get sniped don’t spend any money they’d be upset if they lost the account.
I sincerely appreciate the advice, ive actually sat there with her and we’ve tried a bunch but most do not work in granting her access. we’ve even tried exitlag to see if somehow that might have helped since exitlag themselves said they were white lasted by amazon so they were ok to use and within TOS, whether thats true on exitlags end idk

I dont need to, cause you have an “answered asumption”. Like previous people posted/answered. People who stream games for companys have the “get out of jail” card for free. This has been the case with any game regarding the influancer/streamer meta. Free advertisement + more money.
So you are here, as you yourself stated, getting no answer from mods or some upper management + the “facts” we know making this whole ordeal 1+1.
