You do friend has US steam with game downloaded but cannot access it without VPN what was happening back at launch before VPN ban.

ok, but it’s not streamer specific, there are many others that can access the game without vpn and they’re not streamers.
If that’s true that’s good news and I see no problem there then

Thing is it’s just not the experience our friend is having they haven’t been able to play games since like March of last year and they bought platinum founder, this due to VPN ban which if Amazon doesn’t want in game I hundred percent have no problem with as much as it sucks but If certain people are able to use a VPN while others can that’s where my problem lies

Then some ISPs are banned from restricted countries but not all. The answer to your question is linked in the CM response that they’re not allowed and you can report them to her. As for NA streamers accessing KR, in the same thread she answers that they don’t control KR. And As I said, it’s not a streamer privilege as many can play the game from restricted countries without vpn.
Well I understand the na to kr thing that’s up to KR agree with that. the streamer in question is Zeals who live in kr and plays na from time to time and is even sponsored by Amazon themselves. Which I’m assuming he’s using VPN to access na since that’s what my friend had to do but maybe he’s not what I’m trying to get answers for because if he is and Amazon’s sponsors him how could they be so contradictory in their enforcement

No it doesn’t really help seems like a thread similar to this one which never really got a clear answer to overseas streamers play NA and potentially using VPN and Amazon overlooking it. Appreciate you looking for potential answers for me

It’s the same thread, and the CM said “they don’t allow it”. Obviously they say no but don’t enforce it. But sure tag the CM and wait for a response.
Oh did I not send a specific response from it? My bad and yeah I see that and Ive noticed why I made this thread because our friend is having a rule pushed on to them which I get if Amazon doesn’t want VPN under reason of it’s bad but since the rule isn’t being enforced fairly I have a problem with it especially since Zeals na friends get to enjoy their overseas friend while ours is stuck watching us play and talk about lost ark as she sits in the background and we are their only friend they have none back in their country just sucks especially after they spent 100$ on platinum founder
