Non stop DC after DC!

I DC’ed 3 times within 10 min, even on character screen.

Same here, trying to run chaos dungeon, got disconnect approximatively 15 times since this maintenance. I spend more time reconnecting than playing the actual game, something must be done, this wasn’t a problem before the Skill tree update. Never got disconnected once. Every update now I get disconnect more and more.

I’m sorry you are being affected by the disconnections while you play.

Please try this steps to try to fix the issue :

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day , and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We cannot guarantee that a ticket will be sent in 100% of cases of disconnects.

None of this fixes the issue sadly, I randomly got a disconnect at the end of a chaos dungeon, checked my system logs, and there is no information about what could have happened. Trust me, I know computers, and this is an issue on your end.

the problem definetly is the server. we have random people from Slen different countries and ISP getting disconnected at the same time. nothing is moving anymore for a few seconds (but they can still chat lol) and then “cannot connect to server”. when is this problem finally gonna get analysed correctly and fixed?

The vast, vast, vast, vast ,vast majority of players across all regions and servers are experiencing disconnection issues due to something on AGS/SGR’s end.

There is nothing we can do and it has been long enough with little to no updates as to what the cause is and what steps that could be taken by “your” company.

There’s no action like inaction, eh?

Just a quick thought.

Did any of you ever messed with your ISP modem settings or edited ANYTHING related to LA in Registy?
