The funny thing is I assume AGS knows the OP is just blatantly wrong, but somehow it’s still up. The hope was there would be other people who saw the OHBENJI stream before I made the post, they would see it and post defending it and it would just go from there.

In before it’s shown the stronghold update gives ALTS with a main already 1460…rate/material changes.
And the entire community flames AGS because it’s not cheaper for their main to hone from some weirdly derived metric…like 1415…1460…shit I’m sure someone will complain there isn’t buffs to 1490.
But yea…there are a lot of people complaining because their MAIN is behind.

Just to be totally clear all memes aside - Yes, the original STRONGHOLD honing buff from 1370 to 1415 came in with Vykass, the people linking to the patch notes are correct. I think where a lot of the confusion is coming from is streamers who keep getting asked this question, conflating it with the 7/7 Update or the original 1370 stronghold buff.
A few of them have given some interesting dates to people today, but tbh I don’t think they’re all sitting there with the patch history open waiting for the entirety of Europe and North America to pile into their streams quizzing them on dates after Roxx makes a forum post xD

It’s been a while since I’ve actually read/posted - I think in part because they at least started getting better with communication.
Gotta say I’m really surprised about them not including the last SH honing buff; I actually think it’s equally likely that we’re going to see this end up being a miscommunication where the KR team thought they were asking about 7/7 honing buffs OR we see them say that’s what happened and they decide to just shoehorn it in (although it’s supposed to be there anyway so like?) to try and calm people down.
I’ll be very surprised if Vykass releases next week with no Stronhold honing buff.

I assume we either have a literal miscommunication OR we have a bad idea that the community is exploding about, that will be portrayed as a miscommunication.
Even KR got this buff with Vykass, I’ve heard people saying that RU didn’t get it till clown but I haven’t seen any evidence - I can’t say because that’s before I started playing on RU.
