Week 7 with dc issue. We have Xmas holidays with NA AGS going on vacation. When they come back, the Korea new year holidays will kick in. Whooohooo “potential” fix will arrive at the end of January.

lost both my chaos dungeon runs with rested bonus due to being kicked and not having enough time to log back in because the game takes already 3 minutes to load let alone log in and load the character + background… Forget compensation, just fix the damn servers! this is just unplayable. random spikes to 1K-6K ping then back to 300ms to 6K ping then boot. so not fun getting kicked over 10 times in 1 hr.
yeah, dc from bossrush yesterday no loot no ticket, wasnt on my end, after 24 hours passed wrote to CS they still claim within 48hours. should sync in these answers (and the actual waiting times)

Is this a joke? When extra pheons were given out by “mistake” you people “fixed” the problem to within a day. When the in game store has problem, fixes rolled out almost within a day. But this problem? Its been months now and no solution? What the hell did you people do with all the money whales threw at you? Hookers and drugs?
