Of course workers should have holidays but you can’t either leave your house burning, reports from dc started long time ago, with that said I didn’t have dcs this week sooo I hope that would continue, I don’t want to jinx it

And where is my compensation then for all my lost Procyon’s Compass lockouts due to DC’s?
Good luck giving me re-entry tickets for those, because you can’t. I lost multiple daily adventure islands, aswell as my weekly lockout for ghost ship this week. Also 2 chaos gates.
I also lost hours of playtime due to all those dc’s where my legion raid or argos raid progess would constantly reset and having me to re-do it later again (with the re entry ticket that you get a day later)

Clearly not fast enough if 24hours is supposedly half the time they need to regrant tickets
There is a limit on how many times an account can get re entry tickets during a certain amount of time to prevent abuse of the system. (Confidential information out there) They simply just doubled the limit to account for all the DC’s
Re entry tickets still take up to 24 hrs to appear in your mail. Same as before
I think this is another…Lets hope the update tomorrow fixes it and if not we will revisit, type scenerio.
False information I did not recieve my boss rush ticket in thoose 24hours after DC happend.
It was first time I dced in boss rush or any instance that require ticket to entry including legion raids. Hopefully they can send it within next 24hours so I can do my weekly tommorow when server are up and running
I always did. And I got like 8+ of those already
I dc’d 4 times doing boss rush these 6 weeks, 2 of them i got within 12 hours, the other 2 in 24.
If you didnt receive them after 24 hours, you gotta message Support to verify the dcs and send u the tickets.
I will give them another 12 hours in good faith that they have system that works.

Getting a garbage re entry ticket is not the solution, when we loose a spot in the group.
Haven’t read the arguments, but arguing people shouldn’t have holidays is ridiculous. We are all human and we have lives outside our jobs. Get real people.
