Not Alt-character friendly „game“

Even though this game was made with alts in mind, it seems like alts are not wanted … or they want to waste our times.

So many useless character bound materials. Why is that even a thing? Atleast give us the option to trade lower tier materials to higher tiers like the honing stones in T3 for example. I bet many people hold on to those useless materials in the hope that they get unlocked one day or that they can be traded to higher tier items.

Why is there a money grab feature called „knowledge transfer“ which is supposed to make you frustrated with forcing you to replay the story again and again if you wanna use it but the actual money grab item to purchase with real money is not even there? Why can’t we buy powerpasses? Why do you want to waste our time, make us frustrated and make us leave the game?

Leaving a guild with one character affects the whole account? I only heard about that but if that is the case then here is another thing which destroys the purpose of alts.

The gameplay is so much fun but the whole systems besides that are definitely not…

Bound mats exist for a reason. They typically come from one-time rewards for each character (like first clears), or the Super Express event, intended to only support one character.

Knowledge Transfer isn’t really that much of a money grab. While yes later ones do cost absurd amounts of gold, these story segments can also just be run in a couple of hours.

We likely won’t be able to buy power passes, possibly ever. The powerpass system is be reworked in KR. So I’d only expect to get them from events, until we get the new version of that system eventually.

Leaving a guild should only be a penalty for a single character, which prevents guild hopping. A lot of MMOs use a similar lockout.
