I apologize for the experience you are having with the Trusted account process. I understand you meet all the requirements, but still don’t get trust.
On this cases in particular we need you to contact AGS customer support to rise a ticket, this need to be reviewed deeply. Remember to refer this post, all this pictures will help us to speed things up.

So I sent a ticket some time ago but I received a message saying that I need to follow the guidelines to be trusted on Lost Ark. This requires me to be trusted on steam but the photo shows that I actually am trusted on steam so I’m very confused…
