Hi It’s been 3 hours that I’m waiting my key following a twitch drop. I know there is a w8 time of 4h at most but my friends already got their keys and one of them got it in less than 10 minutes after receiving the drop from twitch. So I guess that the question of where is my key is fair x).
Hey there – the Twitch Drops keys seem to be having a couple of issues, and these are currently being investigated by the team.
Turns out my email from Twitch was a wrong one. I don’t have any keys in it either so I changed back my mail to the one associated with this forum account linked with steam. Ty for investigating and such a quick response !
Just got the key in the original mail adress. It’s a duplicate, is there anything I can do right now other than wait ?
Hi i got a twitch key drop today also with my account and i know it worked because i was invited to the tech alpha back in june. But this time i am not recieving my key? i did follow the send email and re force myself to recieve a key so hopefully that will work @Roxx
