So this week I DC’ed on an alt during a Vykas normal G1 run. I came back and was in town and the group I was with was still in party finder looking for a support. I joined and told them what happened. I got some strange W0 error and then quickly logged back in. I could not join them due to entry count exceeded. I read online about it taking up to 24 hours to get a ticket in the mail so I waited. Two days later nothing? Contacted support and they said they have no way to manually give someone a ticket? I cant redo G1? I cant join G2 because I have not cleared G1? So I just get screwed out of all my Vykas gold this week on one of my alts? How can the entry system to raids in this game be so terrible? Guess I didn’t want my Vykas gold this week anyways =,[

That’s pretty bad…I do hope you get to do a redo same week. This is mmo basics 101 …SG…if someone dc’s from anything…there should be a reasonable amount of time allowed to get basic in or an instant ticket mailed to the player. If they cannot distinguish between someone quitting or being a dc…well…what do you say to that 
If only they could code a simple menu screen to take you to when you dc instead of closing the entire game and having to load for 5 minutes to get back in… oh well.
