I dont receive the power pass because I dindt the quest "“Bervers friend” but the NPC is not in there to give me the quest.
I already did all purple quests from Punika, so none of quests is avaible only raport quests.
Please can someone help me

Update: I check already and you don’t have the quest, so what I recommend you to do is, completing all purple quest in Punika, to find this npc “Bervers friend”. If you do all of that already, is fine.

If you actively have a Rapport quest in your journal, it can move the NPCs out of their normal places and break other quests.
My friend says the same, but i did Abadon All rapports for not have this problem 
But didn’t work.
Do you have the journal set to ‘show roster progress’? Sometimes an alt picked up a quest.
If you have completed it the ticket will get sent to whatever character is registered as your main.
But I dont have any other characters in Punika yet, only my main character reach Punika.

I’m sorry to read that you’re missing an NPC for the quest “Berver’s Friend”, this quest is the end point for a slightly long quest line that starts with the quest “Where Memories Begin” in Punika’s Nia Village.
After investigating with the information you’ve provided, it seems that the last quest you’ve completed from this chain was “Ride the Ocean”, if this is the case, you should be able to start the next quest in Starsand Beach Tideshelf Path.
Please confirm if you’re able to continue your quests from here, if not, try verifying the integrity of game files, if this doesn’t solve the issue, please provide us with a screenshot of the “Completed” tab of your Quest Journal.

Thanks for try to help me, but I go to the map Starsand Beach and dont have any quest avaible in theere, only the “Waves Sparkling at Night” but is not purple quest, and need a song to complete it, a song I dont get from storyline quest.

I’m very sorry I gave you the wrong information before, your next quest after “Ride the Ocean” is completed in Starsand Beach which is where I told you to check, however, it should actually begin in Tideshelf Path, please check this zone for a quest named “Challenge! Piñata!” and confirm if you’re able to find it here.
If not, please provide us with a screenshot of your “In Progress” and “Completed” tabs of Quest Journal so we may escalate your issue.
